Earned Value Management System in Indonesian Construction Projects

چکیده

Earned Value Management (EVM) is a methodology combining scope, schedule, and resource measurements to assess project performance progress. It involves integrating the three critical elements of covering work cost. Various benefits are associated with use EVM in management. This research aims analyze four units building construction projects using method consisting an analysis performance, estimation cost, time for completion, planning against completion. The results revealed that from aspect time, buildings were completed ahead another one was behind schedule. In terms cost lower than estimated budget, while other higher.
